  3. When Reagan's Watching is the foreground application, you may move the active Reagan window by clicking anywhere in the window and dragging.

  5. You can tell whether a window is active by Reagan's state of consciousness.  
  6.  
  7. In heavy delta (when his eyes are closed), the window is inactive.  In light delta (when his eyes are open), the window is active.
